What is Prompt?
A prompt is the text someone writes to ask an AI for something. It can be a plain question, a long instruction with context and examples, or both combined. In brand visibility measurement, the prompt is the unit of work: each buying-related question sent to an engine is a prompt, and the answer it returns is the data point. The closer those prompts sound to what a real buyer would type, the more useful the measurement is.
